DEPOSIT:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposit goes towards your service and the remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

RESCHEDULING:

Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. In the event of rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, the deposit will be forfeited and another deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment. No shows and same day cancellations will automatically forfeit deposit and will be charged 100% of the service amount.

LATE POLICY:

Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are over 15 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled due to interference with next appointment. In case your appointment is not cancelled a $25 late fee will be applied to your balance.

PREVIOUS WORK DONE:

If you had previous work done please send me a clear picture of your bare brows to be cleared before booking to Samyra.desiredbrows@gmail.com

DISQUALIFICATIONS:

•Pregnant or nursing
•Under the age of 18
•Epilepsy
•History of keloids or hypertrophic scarring
•Accutane, retinol, Retin-A in the past year
•Viral infections and/or diseases (HIV, Hepatitis)
•Under Chemotherapy treatment (consult your doctor)
•Skin irritations or psoriasis near the treated area (sunburn, rashes, acne, ect)
•Pacemaker or major heart conditions
•Diabetic (requires doctors clearance)
•Taking blood thinning medications
